1. Minimum Order Quantities

A. Bags: The minimum order quantity for bags is 24 pieces per style.

B. Attires: The minimum order quantity for each item is 12 pieces per size. Sizes include S, M, L, XL, and XXL.

2. Payment Terms

A. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods as specified at the time of order placement.

B. Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of production, before delivery or shipment.

3. Delivery Terms

A. Delivery Timeframe: Orders will be processed and shipped within 45 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability.

B. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated based on the destination and shipping method selected. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise agreed.

C. Delivery Location: Deliveries will be made to the address specified at the time of order placement. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.

4. Returns and Exchanges

A. Return Policy: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the products are defective or not as described. All return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt.

B. Condition for Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or denied.

C. Shipping for Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Amendments and Cancellations

A. Order Amendments: Requests for amendments to orders must be made within 10 hours of order confirmation. After this period, changes may not be possible.

B. Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of confirmation. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee or be subject to conditions.
